Most interested with the overall longevity of the human body, he’s been into rehabilitation, athletic and aesthetic training for most of his fitness training career since October 2008.
To ensure an effective treatment, Andrae completes thorough orthopedic assessments involving special tests, various range of motion testing and palpation to target painful areas. The different techniques including Swedish and deep tissue massage, joint mobilizations, fascial, Graston and adhesion techniques, used interchangeably within a patient’s comfort level. When necessary to stimulate tissue, a powerful percussion massager is used to increase blood flow.
Involved mostly in self-study, he’s been able to piece together critical elements of healing within the body and augment the body’s immune system to create significant pain relief. Understanding the body’s response to various training principles.
