Angela Stancato
About
Angela’s massage therapy practice utilizes massage and exercise prescription to help patients correct muscle imbalances. Recently she has been offering cupping services for her clients. Cupping is an ancient art which has become more popular lately in all areas of sports and recovery from injuries. It has been very sucessful in reducing adhesion and helping to relieve tight musculature thus reducing pain levels.
Angela enjoys feedback from her patients as to how they are progressing or regressing. If she encounters a setback with her patient's treatment, she does everything in her power to set things right once again. She will enlist the help of her coworkers when necessary and collectively they help the patient obtain their goal.
Angela graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Science in 2004. She also completed a double diploma at the Canadian Therapeutic College in Burlington specializing in Massage Therapy and Sports Injury Therapy in 2007. She has been a Member of the College of Massage Therapists since 2007.
